The Pashley Manor Concert promises to be a prestigious fixture in the social calendar of Sussex in 2008. It will follow the tried and tested format of the Pashley Manor Concerts in each of the preceding three years, which were resounding successes, raising a cumulative total of £205,000 for the charity.

• Attended by 600 guests
• Sponsored in 2005 by Hastings Direct as sole title sponsor and in 2006 & 2007 by a combination of premium sponsors including UBS Wealth Management, Marks & Spencer, HBOS, Hastings Direct and Rix & Kay
• Supported by over 50 companies and organisations through advertising, sponsorship and donations
• Compèred by Julian Fellowes in 2005, Sir Donald Sinden in 2006 and Ben Elton in 2007
• Received media coverage on Meridian TV News, Sussex Life, The Courier, BBC Southern Counties Radio & other local media

The Pashley Manor Concert 2008

• Will be held on Saturday 19 July 2008 in a marquee in the beautiful setting of the award winning Pashley Manor Gardens, near Ticehurst in East Sussex
• Will be an evening of music and laughter
• Will be compèred by a well known celebrity
• International soprano Kathryn Harries, who is acclaimed worldwide as one of today’s great singing actresses, will lead the cast of performers including leading names from opera and theatre and celebrated instrumentalists
• Our goal is to raise at least £50,000 for the charity

Who will be attending?

• The event will be by invitation only with 600 paying guests.
• Guests are likely to be patrons of the arts in and around the South East. Many will live in Kent and Sussex, with some from London and further afield.
• Most guests would typically be potential customers of any local supplier of quality products and services including: financial services, gardening, restaurants, fine food and wine, antiques and furniture.

About Friends of East Sussex Hospices

• Originally formed in1995 to raise money for building the Martlets Hospice in Hove. Once the Martlets was operational, the proceeds from fund-raising were shared amongst hospices serving the people of East Sussex.
• Achieved charitable status in November 2001.

Sponsorship and Advertising opportunities

• We are looking for one overall sponsor at £25,000 who would be given naming rights, outside back cover of programme in full colour, prominent branding at the event, free tickets and picnic accommodation in place of choice to include gazebo, tables and chairs, OR five sponsors who will have joint naming rights and sponsorship benefits.
